REQUEST IN-HOME ULTRASOUND

We do not bill insurance for our services. We charge a flat fee of $300 which covers the sonographer, the exam, the reporting and delivery, and all travel, equipment and supplies. We are in network with several major insurance carriers and can provide a patient reimbursement form and superbill with all relevant billing codes for you to submit to your insurance for personal reimbursement.
